The Situation
A 14-Hour Connection with Two Young Children
The Patel family — two adults and children aged 4 and 7 — arrived at 23:00 from London with an afternoon flight the next day. Both children were overtired and the parents had no plan beyond "find somewhere to sleep".
What We Did
Long Layover Suite, Flight Tracking, Breakfast Tray
The suite was prepared for a late arrival. The children had a separate space to sleep. In the morning, a breakfast tray came at a time the parents had requested the night before. We arranged a car at 13:30, two hours before their gate opened.
The Outcome

The Situation
A Solo Business Traveller, Flight Delayed by 6 Hours
Kwame arrived from Nairobi at 07:00. His connecting flight to Singapore was pushed to 14:30. He needed somewhere to work, shower and rest — in that order — without spending a large amount on a full hotel night.
What We Did
Daytime Rest Room with Desk Space and Wi-Fi
The day room was ready within 20 minutes. The desk and chair were positioned near the window. Wi-Fi connected immediately. We provided a second tea tray around midday and checked on his updated gate information before reminding him gently at 13:00.
The Outcome

Kwame completed three calls, sent a full report and boarded his Singapore flight looking considerably more presentable than when he arrived. He called the day room "the most sensible ฿4,500 I have spent this year".
