Legal basis: Contract performance (booking fulfilment), legal obligation (Thai hotel registration requirements), and legitimate interest (site analytics). Where we seek your marketing consent, that consent is the basis.

Retention: Booking and guest records are kept for 3 years after your stay, as required for tax and legal purposes. Analytics data is retained for 14 months.
